We want to convert this to an off-cadence Board meeting instead. We would<br>
like to review and potentially approve signing a new MOU with another<br>
industry organization. I'll get the agenda out next week, but this is<br>
pre-notice of converting the XWG meeting into an off-cadence Board meeting.<br>
