Yes, this is an issue in XP - the link speed counter is a 32-bit<BR>
value, and 10Gbps truncated to 32-bits is 1.4Gbps.<BR>

Yes, and when they were testing the x64 version of the OS I submitted<BR>
a bug report and it got fixed. I don't know if they have any plans to<BR>
do this in the 32-bit version.<BR>
