All,<br><br>Attached is patch of new user utility which I want to be moved under "tools" directory.<br><br>This patch is part of the solution for having a vendor defined device created by ibiou.<br><br>This tool sends device IOCTLs to IBIOU for listing the reachable IOCs and for creation of child PDOs.<br>
