be moved under "tools" directory.<BR><BR>This patch is part of the solution
for having a vendor defined device created by ibiou.<BR><BR>This tool sends
device IOCTLs to IBIOU for listing the reachable IOCs and for creation of
child PDOs.<BR><BR>Please send me your comments/suggestions on this so that
we can move in
