We want to allow one windows machine to be in more than one partition. (
to have more than one ipoib NIC per port ).
We also want that this feature will be interoperable with Linux.

When you say "IPOIB partitioning support" are you talking about each
windows host being in one partition (per port), or do you also want to
allow one windows machine to be in more than one partition.

In other words, do you want to allow a host to have more than one ipoib
NIC per port or not? Having more than one NIC per port is possibale but
more complicated.
