[openfabrics-ewg] diagnostic tools in the IBED release

Hi All,
In the coordination meeting I got the AI to explain on the diagnostic
tools in the release.

The diagnostic tools we suggest for the release are:
*	ibdiagnet - diagnose an entire network
*	ibdiagpath - diagnose a path

Description of these tools can be found in the presentation Eitan gave
in openib workshop (see
http://www.openib.org/conference/sonoma2006/OpenSM_Tools--OpenIB_OpenSM_
v1.pdf)

The sources are located in svn under:
https://openib.org/svn/gen2/utils/src/linux-user/

man pages are attached:

 <<ibdiagnet ibdiagpath man pages>> 

In addition we will include all utilities from the management/diags.
