For the short-term, we absolutely need to meet and drive consensus
around technical IBED/EWG positioning, release process, etc.  

Let's target meeting next week Tuesday at 10am PST.  This next meeting
is critical for everyone to attend, including the technical lead and the
marketing lead. We will present our conclusions to the board the next
day.

Please let us know if this time doesn't work for anyone.

Hi,

I wish to understand the purpose of these meetings, and if you need me
in the meetings. To coordinate technical issues I have another meeting
with coordinators only every 2 weeks on Thursday 7:30am PST
 
Regarding time slot:
In Israel (Mellanox & Voltaire) we have Passover holiday in the coming 2
weeks so it will be hard to setup a weekly slot.
Also please remember that we are 10 hours ahead of you so meeting in 1pm
PST is 11pm thus it's too late for a start.

Next week we can meet only on Monday (10-Apr) or Tuesday (11-Apr).
Week after we can meet on Monday (17-Apr) or Thursday (20-Apr).

So my suggestion is this:
Meet on: 
Next week: Monday (10-Apr) 9am PST or Tuesday (11-Apr) at 10am PST Week
after: Thursday 20-Apr at 11am PST And then see if we need more weekly
meetings and decide on 

Note that if these meetings are marketing mainly then there is no issue
since Sujal is in US.
