[openfabrics-ewg] IBED-RC3 Installation fails

mpicc is part of the MPI installation, not the OS.  MVAPICH is still the
default MPI, so you should be getting MVAPICH's mpicc (not Open MPI's
mpicc).
 
I don't see this error in the logs that you sent, however.  What was
trying to build when this failed?

	It works if I exclude ipath and mpi. For mpi, i am getting an
error "mpicc : command not found". mpicc is a part of OS or  IBED
install? I was assuming that it should be a part of openMPI.

following location
	https://docs.mellanox.com/dm/ibgold/ReadMe.html.  Here the
release notes say that Suse9.3 is supported.

			I am trying to install IBED-RC3 on a 64-bit
Intel machine. The machine is loaded with Suse9.3 (2.6.11.4-20a-smp
kernel version).
