[openfabrics-ewg] ipath compilation failure on RHEL4

Hi Bryan,
ipath driver compilation fails on RH EL4 up2 & up3.
If you are going to fix it for RC4 please do it till the end of this
week.
Otherwise the install script will eliminate ipath driver from these
OSes.
