[openfabrics-ewg] Rollup patch for ipath and OFED

Tziporet - Robert Walsh is completely redoing the backport patches to
work on top of our 2.6.18 driver. This is a fairly substantial effort. 

The patch Bryan provided last Friday (other than the API changes) was
pretty similar in scope to what we did for the 1.0 release, or to what
SDP was when it went into RC4 in 1.0. I can appreciate the need to firm
up the release process, but your request does represent a change in
approach, and requires a fair amount of additional work on our part.

Consequently, the patches you request below won't be ready for RC2, and
will have to be rolled into RC3.
