Just a small info on those HCAs:
    MT23108 is working in a PCI-X bus
    MT25208 is working in a PCI-express bus

this can explain the differences in the results ...

Do you have 2 OSes in the same machines: one installed as 32 bit and the other as 64 bit?
If you will measure the resutls of the MT25208, the results will be much more accurate
(using the same Machines + HCAs)
