[openfabrics-ewg] Open MPI in OFED 1.1

For the teleconference Monday since I won't be there:

Depending on the dates/schedule, I want to put Open MPI 1.1.1 in OFED 1.1.
This would only occur if Open MPI 1.1.1 is released as stable before OFED
1.1 -- no need for betas like we did last time.  I'm guessing that the
timing will work out, but if it does not, Open MPI 1.0 in OFED 1.1 would be
adequate.  (that's a very confusing set of version numbers :-) )

The major differences between Open MPI 1.1 and 1.1.1 can be seen here:

For the future, the next major release that OMPI is planning is 1.2 at SC.
Details on what we're planning for 1.2 can be provided if anyone is
interested.
