[openfabrics-ewg] sldd.sh script refers to gen1 and OpenSM 1.8.1

Eitan think the problem still exists in current OpenSM too, so we just
fix the text not to indicate 1.8.1 version.

In ofed/scripts, slld.sh contains the following:

# Gen1 OpenSM prior to 1.8.1 found to have the following problem

# The reason for it is that the standby SM does not obey its own Guid to
LID tab

Any reason why the reference to OpenSM prior to 1.8.1 should remain for
OFED ?
