Hi All,

 

I hope Cisco (Scott) and SilverStorm (Karun) can join the meeting today.

 

In general OFED release is ready for release this week beside SDP, which
is still under debug.

 

Major Bugs:

109 <http://openib.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=109>  - OFED 1.0 rc5:
SDP can't sustain 100 concurrent SDP connect...  

The crash problem was fixed in SDP and mthca driver. The problem of not
succeeds to run Polygraph is really a problem of the mad layer described
in bug 122.

Does any one know on other major bugs for the release?

 

Since both problems are related only to SDP I think it should not delay
the release.

 

Items for the agenda from release coordination point:

1.	Components status 

	a.	mthca -   ready (we fixed one bug related to memfree
devices)
	b.	ipath -  Qlogic need to update and test on all supported
platforms.
	c.	IPoIB - ready
	d.	OpenSM - ready
	e.	OSU MPI - ready
	f.	Open MPI - technology preview - Jeff please update
status
	g.	SRP - ready
	h.	iSER - ready
	i.	SDP - technology preview 
	j.	RDS - technology preview 

 

2.	Release plan: 
	1.0 official release - 14-Jun (It would be good if we can get
few more days)

 

3.	Release documents:  Each component owner should send me release
notes, and any other relevant document, by this Tuesday.

 

4.	Release location: Matt - need to decide were to locate the
official OFED release on the OpenFabrics web site (I found svn dir not
convenient).
