Further update from QLogic:

1) We were able to run successfully on RHEL4 U3, running Netperf, QPerf,
and MVAPICH tests. We also observed that bandwidth is lower on the new
implementation of SDP. 

2) On FC4, it looks as though its building -m64, but still specifying
/usr/lib, rather than /usr/lib64. This caused problems, and is possibly
a configuration problem.

We'll report Wednesday on SLES10 RC2.
