[openfabrics-ewg] General OFED release notes

Hi Tziporet:
 
I have following comments:
 
1. The following lines refer to Mellanox -> should be removed. Also the Rev 2.0.1 is wrong.

2. Numbering is wrong for Notes in section 1.1:

>>1. SDP, RDS and Open MPI are in technology preview state.
>>2. SRP Host is in beta quality.
>>4. All other components are in production quality.
>>3. See release notes for each package in the docs directory.

3. In Known Issues section, Point #3 should include FC4 also. Also the reference to OFED 2.0.1 should be changed to OFED 1.0.

>>The following table provides major limitations and known issues of the various
>>components of OFED 2.0.1 release.
