[openfabrics-ewg] IBED-1.0-rc2 build issue - PR# 22 created

IBED-1.0-rc2 is *NOT* Mellanox specific!

It is my understanding that the intent of this build, RC2, is to keep
the inertia of IBCG going strong, while the details of EWG are sorted
out.
