[openfabrics-ewg] Backup maintainers for Open MPI and SDP

We agreed to let Michael Tsirkin to decide on that (between MoniS - SDP
developer leader from Voltaire and Kamen - SDP lead in Wall Street
deployment of GEN1 from Cisco). 

 

P.S. - Voltaire SDP got double performance than Cisco GEN1 SDP per
Roland benchmark almost 15 months ago. Gali gave in 2005 openIB workshop
a lot of tips to Libor, but he his is not on board anymore.

Michael will have to decide based on his expections  (at the end of the
day this b-maint will have to actually work and bring a lot of added
value, GEN1 is fading out).

	Mellanox supports Cisco (Jeff) as the primary maintainer for
Open MPI and Voltaire (Gleb) as the backup maintainer for Open MPI

	 

	As the primary maintainer of SDP, Mellanox recommends that Cisco
(Kamen) be the backup maintainer for SDP because of two reasons:

	*	Cisco was the primary maintainer of SDP prior to
Mellanox 
	*	The recent experiences Cisco has garnered deploying SDP
on Wall Street will be valuable in getting the Open Fabrics SDP to
production quality
