Yes - this is exactly what we need. Can you open this directory today
since Vlad who works on this need some place to "play" with.

What is the way to upload tarball/RPM files to this directory?

  Sure.  We already have a gen2/tags/openib-1.0-rc1 directory.  Once you
and Byran sync up the necessary changes we can create a ibed-1.0-rc2
directory.  

   Sound reasonable?
