[openfabrics-ewg] IPoIB/SDP performance graphs for PCI-E RHEL4 U2 i686 Dell PE1850

We've never been able to get very good IPoIB throughput on these systems
(dual 3.0 GHz EMT64 CPUs).  SDP performance seems very good, though.
 
We're using LionCub Rev C HCAs.
 
To summarize:
 
min SDP latency: 26 usec
max SDP throughput: 7.2 Gb/sec
min IPoIB latency: 32 usec
max IPoIB throughput: 1.7 Gb/sec
