1. Release criteria for the OFED release. ( Tziporet picked up the glove )
2. New features insertion order policy for user mode components:
Suggestion trunk first, release branch later.
3. Fixes insertion order policy for user mode components: Suggestion
trunk first, release branch later, unless a divergence of the code
makes that impossible.
4. Plan for 1.1 release.
