[openfabrics-ewg] ipath updates in svn

Hi, Tziporet -

I've put some ipath driver updates in the OFED tree.  There are two
patches:

  fixes/ipath_rollup.patch - the changes we submitted to Roland recently
  */ipath_backport.patch - backport stuff to earlier kernels

We've attempted to test them out here, but I'd appreciate it if you
could verify that they build cleanly for you, too.
