I see one of the action items from the call this past Monday is a  
request for me to describe how OMPI does development and manages its  
code.  I'm happy to make up some slides and send them around,  
describing what we do in OMPI.

The OMPI project is a bit different in scope and execution than  
OpenIB/OFED, so I offer these descriptions in the spirit of "this is  
what works for the OMPI group; if some of the ideas are helpful for  
the OFA, great!  If not, great!"  :-)
