Yes, that's fair.
Vlad, if you also agree with that, we only need to remove the block
in my patch, in which I rename the 64-bit binaries. The result is
then 64-bit binaries in bin, 32-bit libraries in lib and 64-bit
libraries in lib64. To me this is ok for OFED-1.1.
