[openfabrics-ewg] [PATCH OFED-1.1-rc7] libehca configure: fix missing check of libsysfs

Hi Nam,
The code that fixes lib/lib64 issue on ppc64 and libehca.so to be in
libehca RPM is in OFED-1.1.
