[openfabrics-ewg] new server up and running

I was asked at today's EWG meeting to remind the group that we do have the
new OpenFabrics server up and running.

If you are interested in installing and administering a particular package
(git, mailman, twiki, etc.), please email me or Matt Leininger and let us
know your interest.  We can create an account for you to logon and allow you
to get started.

We are in the process of creating a DNS entry, staging.openfabrics.org, that
will reference the new server and will let you know as soon as it is
available.
