The package drupal was installed as an experiment to serve up web pages.  I
am barely familiar with it but gather that it allows users to login and
maintain portions of the site.  There is more information on it at
http://drupal.org.  We plan to have a conversation with the Marketing
Working Group to see if this package or some other one best suits their
needs.
