This patch depends on ibmebus, which has a strong code dependency on
arch/ppc64/irq.c as two symbols need to be exported from there:
    virt_irq_create_mapping() and __irq_offset_value
This requires a kernel rebuild. Thus, there is no backport of ehca
for 2.6.9_U4 and ofed-1.1. For any version that follows 2.6.9_U4
we will do if it resolves this issue.

Regarding 2.6.17: No backport patch of ehca is required. I did build
and test it on 2.6.17 with ipoib and user space successfully. Please
include 2.6.17 for ehca in the build_env.sh script for RC6.
