I downloaded and tried RC6 with Intel MPI and the Qlogic card.
I still cannot it to run IMB, still fails with

[1][rdma_iba.c:260] Intel MPI fatal error: DTO operation completed with
error. status=0x8. cookie=0x514f20
rank 1 in job 2  rkl-13_32774   caused collective abort of all ranks
  exit status of rank 1: return code 255  

I was able to run a simple MPI hello world and some of the IntelMPI test
suite,
but some of the IntelMPI tests seemed to be hanging, so I cntrl-c them
and then I got a kernel panic, unfortunately the console output was not
going to somewhere that could be captured and the full traceback 
scrolled off the screen, but I did catch one call at the top before
it scrolled off the screen,

So I still think the Qlogic driver needs some work. 

Have you been able to successfully run IMB on Intel MPI on a qlogic HCA
on
RedHat EL4-U3 on a PCI-E Qlogic card on Intel EM64T Xeon platforms ?
