Correct. Forgot to upload this, and no one noticed until now. Fixed.
Please note that the release annoncement includes the
git revision for the RC, e.g.

ref: refs/heads/ofed_1_1
commit aa3668627b5a1cd5abdebabec24b565f276bc66b

and this is the revision you should be checking out for testing,
not the branch head.

If you do, you'll notice if something is missing, immediately,
and let us know.
