In the last OFED meeting we decided IPoIB CM will not be the default.
Its OK with me to leave IPoIB CM as a default.

Note that the 2 critical bugs against IPoIB CM will not be resolved soon:
465: IPoIB CM HA fails after several hours of failovers - we cannot 
reproduce here with opensm
431: IPoIB CM locks up server on SLES10/RHEL4 ppc64 - still on work and 
not clear how much time it will take (failure is very hard)

Is it OK with you that RC1 will include IPoIB CM as a default with these 
bugs open?
Please reply ASAP so we can release RC1
