[ewg] New Open MPI SRPM

I just uploaded a new Open MPI SRPM that contains minor changes in  
the spec file (the Open MPI code base didn't change) for generating  
profile.d shell scripts and detecting non-GNU compilers.  I assume it  
will be contained in tomorrow's OFED nightly tarballs.

It is listed as Open MPI v1.2ofed SRPM version 2, hence:

     openmpi-1.2ofed-2.src.rpm
