[ewg] Is it OK to include MVAPICH with ConnwectX support

Hi All,

OSU have tested MPI with new Mellanox HCA (ConnectX) and prepared some 
code that detect this HCA.
This code is trivial and only add a case for the new HCA (so no harm can 
happened to any existing device).
They wish to include it in MVAPICH 0.9.9 to have one code stream for 
OFED and their internal development.
I think its OK; is there any objection?
