server.

libibumad/umad.c: In umad_open_port, fix declaration of return value from dev_to_umad_id
libibumad/umad.c: In get_ca, handle drivers which do not support SYS_CA_HW_VERS or SYS_CA_TYPE
include/opensm/osm_version.h: Bump version to 3.0.11
include/iba/ib_types.h, opensm/osm_helper.c: Fix node type range checks
include/opensm/osm_base.h: Change default SM priority from 1 to 0 to be IBA spec conformant (bug 566)
opensm/osm_sa_mcmember_record.c: Better error messages in __validate_more_comp_fields
opensm/osm_lid_mgr.c: Fix small memory leak in __osm_lid_mgr_validate_db
