Please pull latest ofed_1_2 branch of ~halr/management.git on the OFA
server.

Changes:
opensm/osm_ucast_ftree.c: Fix two memory leaks in fat-tree routing
man/opensm.8: Fix typos relative to high/low vlarb tables
opensm/osm_subnet.c: Add extra info in cache input checks
opensm/osm_helper.c: Fix problematic usage of sprintf() when source and destination strings overlap.
