Please include these two patches into ofed 1.2 and 1.2.c.  The patches 
are direct changes to the ofed_1_2 branch and patch files in
kernel_patches/fixes for ofed_1_2_c.

These have been accepted upstream, and address OFED bugs 696 and 698.
