[ewg] Version number on ibverbs headers

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a version number define to verbs.h to
reflect the API version ?

For example :

#define IBVERBS_VERSION_MAJOR 1
#define IBVERBS_VERSION_MINOR 1

?

Makes it easier for dynamic code to compile and work on different
ibverbs versions (1.0 and 1.1 for example).
