This VNIC patch series is for OFED-1.3.

This series contains changes to the VNIC driver for supporting iPath,
the Ethernet Virtual I/O Controller (EVIC) and some bug fixes.

There are 9 patches for the VNIC kernel driver. They have dependencies and need
to be applied in the following order:

[PATCH 1/10 VNIC] DMA interface changes to support iPath
[PATCH 2/10 VNIC] Changes to VNIC control state machine
[PATCH 3/10 VNIC] Improvements for EVIC scalability
[PATCH 4/10 VNIC] Delay reconnects to prevent flooding of EVIC
[PATCH 5/10 VNIC] Fix the ib_create_cq() call
[PATCH 6/10 VNIC] Increase the watchdog timeout value
[PATCH 7/10 VNIC] Retry sending CM requests on failure
[PATCH 8/10 VNIC] Check for hearbeat value of 0
[PATCH 9/10 VNIC] Bump up the VNIC version number

The last patch is for the build environment, build_env.sh to enable VNIC installation on RHEL 5:

[PATCH 10/10 VNIC] Enable building VNIC on RHEL 5
