Vlad,

I have a new release of libcxgb3 that I want included in ofed-1.3.
Changes since ofed-1.2 are 1 bug fix (bug 703), some cleanup on the spec
file as well as adding a ChangeLog file (bug 707).

This is release 1.0.1 of libcxgb3...

Pull from git://git.openfabrics.org/~swise/libcxgb3 ofed_1_3
