Please pull latest ofed_1_2 branch of ~halr/management.git on the OFA
server.

Notable changes:
osm/opensm/osm_ucast_lash.c: SL fix when CAs on same switch
libibmad/portid.c: Change to output of DR path
diags/src/ibnetdiscover.c: Quote NodeDescription in output
osm: Add NodeDescription to various log messages
diags/Makefile.am: Install fix when DESTDIR specified
