[openfabrics-ewg] OFED 1.1 download from openfabrics downloads page

Ah -- I understand now -- on http://www2.openfabrics.org/ 
downloads.html, the OFED 1.1 tarball link only links to the  
directory, not the actual tarball (whereas all the others link to the  
actual file to download).

Yes, we can get this fixed.  Thanks for noticing!
