DESTDIR used by RPM build process and is equal to RPM_BUILD_ROOT when
OFED build script creates RPMs.

By default it is empty.

In any case after qlvnictools installation ql_vnic will go
to /etc/init.d/

I have fixed this already and commit your patches.

Note: your mailer breaks lines in your patches.
