[openfabrics-ewg] Announcing Oracle's contribution of RDS to OFA/OFED

I was asked to forward this announcement of Oracle's contribution of  
RDS to OFED to these lists.  Here it comes:

Oracle is pleased to contribute its open-source RDS software to the  
OpenFabrics Alliance (OFA).  Per OFA contribution license  
requirements, the source code for RDS is being provided under dual  
GPL and openib.org BSD licensing terms.  Oracle is contributing the  
software to facilitate inclusion and distribution of the software  
with the OpenFabrics Enterprise Distribution (OFED).  Oracle expects  
the OFA community to contribute toward making the RDS protocol  
robust, high performance and worthy of adoption into OS  
distributions, kernel.org, and production deployments in end user  
environments.

Oracle recommends Vladimir Sokolovsky from Mellanox as the primary  
maintainer for RDS in OFA and OFED.  Zach Brown from Oracle will act  
as the secondary maintainer.
