[ewg] OFED 1.2rc4 test report

Attached are OFED 1.2 rc4 test results.

Issues found:

1.	Applications using rdma_cm failed on several hosts with SuSE
(bug 557)
2.	'uc_lat' test of qperf fails sometimes
3.	rds_gen fails on sles10sp1
4.	Installer: tvflash installation fails on sles10sp1 (not shown in
the attached report)
