[ewg] ehca build fails on SLES 10 sp1 ppc

Hm, I could build rc6 on several ppc64 nodes with ehca without any
problems.
My "uname -r" says this:
2.6.16.21-0.8-ppc64
which should be sles10sp1, while yours seems to be newer according to your
log,
ie. /usr/src/linux-2.6.16.46-0.16-obj. Can you send me your ofed.conf,
"uname -r"
and a link to linux-2.6.16.46-0.16-obj dir (a copy of include/asm/hvcall.h
would
be sufficient)?
