[ewg] Question about ibv_poll_cq

Has something changed in ibv_poll_cq recently?  We're trying to to bring 
libipathverbs up to date WRT the changes made to libibverbs recently, 
and I'm getting this problem when I try to run ibv_ud_pingpong (or any 
of the pingpongs, for that matter):

$ ibv_ud_pingpong
   local address:  LID 0x0031, QPN 0x000010, PSN 0x4adb33
   remote address: LID 0x002d, QPN 0x000018, PSN 0x7b51b8
Failed status 2 for wr_id 1565327360

Looks like it gets through the poll loop once OK, and fails on the 
second run through it.
