[ewg] OFED 1.2 beta blocking bugs (March 7)

I've been testing OFED-1.2-20070307-0656 today, and here's a current
list of bugs I'd like fixed before OFED 1.2 beta.
 
Today I can't compile for ppc64 (bug 379), ia64 (bug 429), or SLES10
x86_64 (bug 421).  Recent work to add 32-bit libs on 64-bit systems have
destabilized the build process.
