[ewg] OFED 1.2 RC3 delayed

Hi All,
In the OFED meeting yesterday we decided that OFED 1.2 RC3 will be out
once the bugs 420 and 465 are resolved.
Tentative date is Thursday may 10. 

If these bugs will not be fixed this week we will have to reconsider
this decision next week.
