[ewg] VNIC README update for OFED 1.2

Attached is the updated VNIC README for inclusion in OFED 1.2.
 
Also in the OFED 1.2 release notes, could you please mention the following about
the VNIC driver:
 
The QLogic Virtual NIC (VNIC) driver is presented as a technology preview on OFED 1.2.
This driver is currently supported on Intel x86 32 and 64 bit machines with
Mellanox HCAs. Supported OS are RHEL 4 Update 3, RHEL 4 Update 4, SLES 10
and the vanilla 2.6.19 kernel.
