Arthur Jones will be sending a similar patch (one that applies cleanly
to the upstream kernel) along with some others pretty soon.

Sorry it took a little while for this, but I've had an alias created for
the maintainer entry. Please use infinipath at qlogic.com ; this will point
to the appropriate engineer or engineers, and that way we won't have a
stale address if there are staff changes. The name can be "QLogic
InfiniPath Software Team" or something similar.

The PPC changes haven't been done yet, but we are looking at them.

The smb_mb__xxx barrier will be removed in our next set of changes,
which should be coming in a few weeks.
